Create Digital Music Giveaway Sweepstakes Official Rules

1. Description: Create Digital Media, Ltd. are offering the Create Digital Music Giveaway sweepstakes. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.

The sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of New York, with venue in New York County, New York, and all claims must be resolved in the state or federal courts of New York County, New York. By entering, entrants agree: (1) to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Create Digital Media Ltd. (the “Sponsor”); (2) to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its agents, and Prize Sponsors from any and all liability, injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from their participation in the Sweepstakes and their acceptance and/or use/misuse of any prizes; and (3) to be contacted by Sponsor via e-mail, phone, and/or postal mail. By accepting a prize, each winner consents to the use of his/her name and likeness for advertising, promotion and publicity purposes without additional compensation (except if winner is a resident of the state of Tennessee or where prohibited by law).

2. Eligibility: Entrant must be a legal resident of the 50 United States (including the District of Columbia), who is 18 years of age or older as of the time of entry. Entries originating from any other jurisdiction are not eligible. Employees of Create Digital Media, Ltd., Media Over Matter, the Prize Sponsors, their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies and their family/household members (defined as parents, spouse, children, siblings, grandparents) or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, and/or local rules and regulations apply.

3. Start/End Dates: Contest begins at 11:59:59 p.m. E.D.T. on Monday May 14, 2007 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. E.D.T. on Monday June 11, 2007.

4. How to enter: There are two ways to enter. Beginning at 11:59:59 p.m. E.D.T. on Monday, May 14, 2007, enter online at createdigitalmusic.com/giveawayentry/ by submitting a name, mailing address, email address, and optional additional information, click on the “Next” button where prompted, and click “Finished? Submit your Survey” to complete registration and enter the competition. You may also submit your name, mailing address, and email address on a legible index card or in a typed letter and mail it to Create Digital Media, 130 Water St. #5-K New York, NY 10005. Mailed submissions must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. E.D.T. on Monday June 11, 2007.

Limit one entry per person, regardless of method of entry. More than one entry from any person or e-mail address will void all entries from that person or e-mail address. No automated entry devices and/or programs permitted.

In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of a person submitting an online entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the email account is registered at time of entry. Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for undelivered, lost, late, misdirected, garbled, illegible, incomplete entries or for technical problems related to, or limiting the ability of an individual to participate in the Sweepstakes. If for any reason the online portion of the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the online portion of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who is responsible or who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel or terminate the online portion of the Sweepstakes and select the winner from all eligible entries received prior to the cancellation or termination. All entries become the Sponsor’s property and will not be returned.

5. Awarding of prizes: One winner will be selected by random drawing from eligible entries for each prize (listed below under “6. Prizes”). The prize winners will be awarded no earlier than the conclusion of the sweepstakes (11:59:59 p.m. E.D.T. on Monday June 11, 2007) and no later than 11:59:59 p.m. E.D.T. on Friday June 15, 2007. Odds of winning each prize depend on the number of eligible entries received by the sweepstakes deadline. Each winner is solely responsible for all taxes related to the prize. No prize substitutions or cash redemptions allowed, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. If you are selected as a winner, you understand you are accepting the prize “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied.

6. Prizes: The following prizes will be awarded, each individual prize being awarded to one (1) individual winner:

One (1) “Ableton Live 6.” Approximate retail value: $600.

One (1) “Akai MPC500.” Approximate retail value: $1100.

One (1) “Alesis ControlPad.” Approximate retail value: $400.

One (1) “Glyph GT 050Q 250GB Hard Drive.” Approximate retail value: $400.

One (1) “Moog Music Moogerfooger FreqBox.” Approximate retail value: $360.

One (1) “Native Instruments Absynth 4.” Approximate retail value: $340.

One (1) “Native Instruments Elektrik Piano 1.5.” Approximate retail value: $230.

One (1) “Numark Total Control.” Approximate retail value: $450.

One (1) “PreSonus FaderPort.” Approximate retail value: $230.

7. Winners list: A winners list will be posted online at createdigitalmusic.com. For the names of the winners by mail, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Create Digital Media Winners’ List, 130 Water Street #5-K, New York, NY 10005.
