Creator and composer Giorgio Sancristoforo has posted a complete hands-on demo and tutorial for his invention Compusynth.

Giorgio tells us he really did devise a complete step sequencer (and a drum machine of sorts) on the original Altair 8800. It’s fascinating just revisiting this unique computer, which had a seminal role in establishing the PC world as we know it, even though it’s generally unknown in the popular imagination.
