Another new app arrives from the somewhat prolific Audio Damage. FuzzPlus 3, is a direct port of their popular free desktop plugin. The iOS version is now available as a free AUv3 or standalone audio effect that consists of a resonant lowpass filter (modelled on the MS20 LPF) and a distortion engine (modelled on the Distortion+ pedal) with a feedback loop.
This is the sixth iPhone app that Audio Damage has brought us in a very short space of time. It’s an impressive portfolio of apps already, and it doesn’t seem that it’s over yet.
