Esteban Diácono has produced a delicate, fluid animation in a music video for Ólafur Arnalds’ track Ljósið, on the album “Found Sounds” (Erased Tapes Records; available on vinyl/download).You can also buy the video on iTunes (direct link).
The results are mesmerizing, without so much as a camera move. The video has been making the rounds, but I’ve just happened across it via Dave Haynes (SoundCloud, OpenMusicMedia, Music Hackday), who discovered it via Aurgasm.us and Paul Irish. (And yes, that sentence sums up how, even in an age of overabundance, growing population, and globalism, wonderful things still get discovered online.)
